HI-FOG® for balconies

A HI-FOG® installation for balconies usually requires a special system due to the different indoor and outdoor fire protection requirements. HI-FOG® systems for balconies use either sprinkler or spray heads.

If sprinkler heads are used, the tubing is filled with anti-freeze to ensure the water does not freeze in cold climates. If spray heads are used, the system uses a dry-pipe solution.
