Marioff Grants License to Fogtec under Three Patents

MARIOFF CORPORATION OY and FOGTEC Brandschutz GmbH & Co. KG are pleased to announce the complete settlement of four patent suits brought against FOGTEC in Germany involving MARIOFF's Hi-fog technology. The parties have agreed to terminate all pertinent litigation, including three annulment actions filed by FOGTEC, and MARIOFF has granted FOGTEC a global license under patents EP 0 663 858, EP 0 589 956, and EP 0 665 760 and their international counterparts. FOGTEC has not received a license under MARIOFF's patent EP 0 850 091.
