Marioff expands local presence in Poland by acquiring INSTAC’s HI-FOG business
Marioff, a global leader in water mist fire protection solutions, is pleased to announce the acquisition of INSTAC sp. z o.o.’s HI-FOG® business line by Marioff sp. z o.o., a Marioff Group company. This transition, effective from July 1 2025, strengthens Marioff’s operations in Poland and enhances support for customers in the region.
INSTAC’s HI-FOG® business, based in Stara Iwiczna in Poland, has been a trusted provider of HI-FOG® services and solutions in Poland for a long time, supporting a wide range of industries with high-quality fire protection expertise.
Marioff, headquartered in Vantaa, Finland, is a global pioneer in high-pressure water mist fire suppression technology. With more than 550 employees worldwide and over three decades of experience, Marioff protects what matters most through its HI-FOG® systems across marine, energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
